The Wolf Story duo and remixer Yulia Niko explore richly melodic worlds on this expressive new EP for Get Physical Music.

Made up of Miami-based Steve and Paris-based Rico, this pair has extensive roots in dance music. They have run labels, DJed around the world, and always cook up a distinctive brand of tender house music. The versatile beat-making duo has support from Kevin Saunderson, Nora En Pure, Danny Howard (BBC Radio 1) and more.

'Woohoo' is a stylish, uplifting track with crunchy snares snapping over floaty breakbeats. Ascending chords help elevate the heavenly feel while dreamy vocal coos bring extra lush and escapist feelings; this is sure to make for plenty of emotional moments in the middle of the dancefloor.

Remixer Yulia Niko's earlier 'La Playita' tune on this label remains in the Beatport Afro House chart even now. It is one of many magical productions from the Russian, who runs the Line Vibe label and lands on Crosstown Rebels, Objektivity, and Hottrax. Her edgier version is more rooted to the ground, with a taught, twanging bassline and chunky house drums setting the tone. Add in some astral chord sequences and epic breakdowns, and you have another dramatic and memorable track.

These superb melodic tracks are designed to get emotions flowing.
